Innbyggerne i regionen Krasnojarsk i det russiske fylket Belgorod skal mandag morgen evakueres.

Det melder guvernøren i Belgorod, Vjatsjeslav Gladkov, på det russiske sosiale mediet VKontakte, ifølge BBC.

«Vi står overfor en urovekkende morgen. Fiendtlig aktivitet på grensen til Krasnojarsk region. Vi begynner å flytte innbyggere til tryggere steder», heter det i meldingen.

Jeg husker at Kreml uttalte i starten av krigen, og i alle påfølgende "fredsforhandlinger" at betingelsene reflekterer virkeligheten på bakken. Jeg er spent på om de inntar den samme posisjonen nå, for det er mulig å bytte likt mot likt snart.
