Platekompaniet kjører nå en veldig god kampanje på en mengde PS5 spill til 199kr 😳🕹️👌☕️ Kjøpte i sted Prince of Persia siden jeg har hørt så mye positivt om det men ikke slått til før nå 🤔

Limbo og Tiny Tina's Wonderland er begge veldig gode titler. Trodde Tiny Tina bare var en liten addon-pakke når det ble gitt bort først, men det er et komplett stort spill i Borderlands-"verdenen" (normalt 649,-). Limbo fra Playdead er sidescrollende action/adventure hvor du får tenkt litt. Akkurat passe vanskelig.

Tell Me Why er vel også verdt det.

Take-Two and 2K games have updated all their games Terms of Service, turning this game as well as all of their other games into literal spyware.

Important Info in Terms of Service:
• Mods are a bannable offense
• Display of Cheats/Exploits is bannable
• Forced arbitration clause and a waiver of class action and jury trial rights for all users residing in the United States and any other territory other than Australia, Switzerland, The United Kingdom, or The Territories of The European Economic Area
• You can be banned for using a VPN while connecting to online servers
• Cannot access game content on a Virtual PC

Collected Data Types:
• Identifiers / Contact Information: Name, user name, gamertag, postal and email address, phone number, unique IDs, mobile device ID, platform ID, gaming service ID, advertising ID (IDFA, Android ID) and IP address
• Protected Characteristics: Age and gender
• Commercial Information: Purchase and usage history and preferences, including gameplay information
• Billing Information: Payment information (credit / debit card information) and shipping address
• Internet / Electronic Activity: Web / app browsing and gameplay information related to the Services; information about your online interaction(s) with the Services or our advertising; and details about the games and platforms you use and other information related to installed applications
• Device and Usage Data: Device type, software and hardware details, language settings, browser type and version, operating system, and information about how users use and interact with the Services (e.g., content viewed, pages visited, clicks, scrolls)

Borderlands aka Take-two and 2K games quietly updated their Terms of Service to include spyware-level data collection, collecting your name, email, browser history, IP, and more.

It’s a blatant invasion of privacy, and companies this size are constant targets for hacks and leaks. Your personal data, even your bank info, could be at serious risk. This TOS/EULA change poses a real threat to your online safety. No game is worth exposing your identity, finances, and digital life to this level of risk.

Borderlands 3 is a ♥♥♥♥ game anyway don't waste your time or money on this trash.

A company who's CEO was accused of leaving a USB with illegal material on it as well as sensitive data of Gearbox/2K partners in a medieval themed restaurant wants all your delectable data and will never let anyone gain access to your data intentionally or not.

I’ve been a long-time fan of the Borderlands series, and I’ve supported it over the years, even purchasing and playing Tales from the Borderlands (which wasn’t my favorite). That’s why it’s deeply disappointing to see the current EULA attached to the game.
There is absolutely no justifiable reason for a single-player or lightly multiplayer game like Borderlands to require extensive access to a user’s personal data and/or in-game activity. The level of data collection requested by the EULA is excessive, invasive, and unjustified.
It’s hard to understand how Take Two—an experienced publisher—could approve such an agreement. Even more concerning is the fact that a legal team reviewed these terms and deemed them acceptable for release. The EULA, in its current form, disregards basic expectations of privacy and informed consent. In many jurisdictions, particularly across Europe, clauses like these would likely be considered invalid under GDPR and other civil law protections.
The gaming community has pushed back successfully in the past—take the response to aggressive microtransactions in EA and Ubisoft titles as an example. This should be no different. Accepting these types of EULAs sets a dangerous precedent for digital ownership and consumer rights.
I urge players to speak out and refuse to accept this level of data collection as a standard. s.

TL;DR
The Borderlands EULA by 2K Games is overly invasive and unjustified. Protest it and make it clear that gamers won’t tolerate this kind of overreach.

Spør du meg hva som lønner seg så kommer man vel best ut med å handle hos CDKeys selv om det gjerne blir noen kroner dyrere. 

Alternativet er å bare gjøre det en kan for å finne dem som selger billigst (usikre proxysalg) og ta tapet de få gangene noe slikt feiler. Forsikringen din er allerede betalt ved alt du har spart på å kjøpe slikt billig før.

Personlig takker jeg aldri ja til ulike sikkerheter og andre tjenester, for det taper en bare på langsiktig.

Nå er det forskjell på å tape 20+ kr og miste 700 kr, så det blir jo en vurderingssak etter hvor mye penger en bruker.
