Apple iPOD Shuffler

Hi!

Didnt know where to post it.

I have a Apple iPOD Shuffler, but i accidently deleted al files on it.

Also the "system" files on it.

Now I cant play music on it any more :-(

I was thinking if some of you could send me the folder whit the files to me, and then put it into my iPOD.....

I think you should try to reconfigure your iPod. I think you can do it with the installation program or something.

With the installed software for your iPod, can you format it or delete\reinstall all it's content?

I bought the iPOD from a friend and dont have any software for it.

Can't you just ask your friend for the installation cd? I think it is a choice in the iPod's menu where you can reset all settings, maybe that will work? Else, I'm afraid you will need the installation cd.

Could you please specify exactly what your problem is with the iPod Updater?

 

Edit: I assume you're on a Macintosh?

I am using windows xp home edition.

when i use iPOD updater nothing happens.

It says that the iPOD has been set back to original settings, but the system files on it are not coming back, and iPOD cant still play music!

help!
