Det er med andre ord ingen krav til at Ukraina skal oppgi suvereniteten. De facto er bare en anerkjennelse om det er Russland som har kontrollen der, uten å gi jurdisk gi fra seg suverentiet eller land. Hvis du mener dette er "pro-kremlsk", så bør du ta en en kikk på kartet og se hvordan realiteten der borte egentlig er.

Det er forskjell på de jure og de fatco, en de facto anerkjennelse er politisk og behøver forsåvidt ikke innebære noe annet enn hva man har gjort med Crimea og dets "temporarily occupied territory" status. I Axios teksten er det stilt noen premisser eller krav til hva en slik anerkjennelse skal inneholde.
