Olympus 2100 - Blue snow?? Wrong white balance? Camera fault

I tried taking the photos of snow covered houses,

roads, etc at different white balance settings,

such as AUTO, DAYLIGHT, and CLOUDY and I get this

blue tinted photo.

do u think there is something wrong with my camera?

Do any other Oly 2100 users have this prob?

This could indeed be a white balance problem. Have you tried a manual setting, if available?

 

I would try tech support at Olympus, if I were you. Please post an update of what happens in this forum.

Unfortunately, there is no manual WB setting

in 2100UZ.

 

only auto and 4 presets.

 

Yes, I will try contacting Olympus service

tomorrow, but from my experience, its was

not so pleasant. I handed my camera and waited

for 2 months, and what I get is a camera with

NOTHING fixed. That was very frustrating.

 

However, I will try and post any progress.
