Hvordan slippe å få phishing-mail?

Nå i det siste har jeg fått mange mailer som sier delivery status failure i mailen min.. eposten min har på en merkelig måte begynt å sende mailer til andre, men de blir ikke sendt (gudsjelov)

Åpna den mailen som visstnok prøver å bli sendt nå og der sto dette..
