Er det noen som vet om brannmuren i WinXP er brukbar eller den ikke er til noen nytte?

Jeg bruker den her på min ADSL linje. Til mitt bruk fungerer den helt fint :smile:

 

Har 3 maskiner i LAN, og kan enkelt og greit rute porter til de maskiner som trenger det i firewallen.

 

Lett å administrere ..

Hvis du allerede har Norton Internet Security så ville jeg innstallert det.

xp brannmuren blokker bare inn og ikke ut.Last ned zonealarm den er gratis og bra

Firewall'en i XP er noe dritt. Last ned en skikkelig.

Det kommer jo helt ann på bruken om man trenger å sperre porter ut.

 

Har man kun en maskin, hva er da vitsen med å sperre porter for seg selv?

 

I nettverk med flere brukere, så kan jeg være enig i at XP firewallen ikke er no særlig god, men når man stort sett er eneste som bruker maskinene, så er fw'en mer enn god nok.
