The three missions:

 

In the 1st mission CJ has to help his buddy, who is hounted by a motorbike gang and needs a diversionary maneuver. So carl races trough the forest in a jeep, with the gang after him - since they assume the victim is in the car. CJ has to avoid them destroying the doors to keep the secret. As soon as you passed the checkpoint race, your cellphone rings: your buddy is save, and you get $400 reward.

 

The 2nd mission starts at a trailer park. CJ is blackmailed into killing an important witness, who hides in a hut on Mt. Chiliad. Carl arrives there with a Sanchez, first killing two FBI agents and then the witness. Since the blackmailer wants to see evidence, CJ takes a photo of the corpse, and drives back to the trailer park.

 

For the 3rd mission R* used a cheat to spawn a dodo to save time (claiming that using a car would have taken them 15 minutes), and lands near a small hut in the forest. There the gas station mission starts, where CJ and the yet unknown girl try to steal the tanker.

Gleder meg noe helt sjukt til dette spillet, jeg ble skuffet over Driver 3. Men jeg kommer til å glemme det spillet når SA er i butikkene. "Utlending spill", ha ha! Elsker dette med forskjellige kulturer i GTA. Utlending spill du lissom!

 

Lenge har jeg ventet på et ATV spill til xbox som skulle få meg til å sitte å stirre på TV'en og kanskje nettopp dette spillet som overhodet ikke er et ATV spill lever opp til forventningene mine om hva et ATV spill skal være!

 

Jeg liker LC og VC pga friheten, og når dette blir såpass stort så har jeg ikke ord for hvor mye jeg kommer til å sette pris på spillet. Freedom ja, freedom!! En annen ting jeg liker er radioen, masse vis av underholdning. Husker jeg stoppet bilen i GTA III for å høre på Chatterbox! Spent på hvilke sanger som kommer til å være i spillet!

 

Hva mangler GTA etter dette spillet? Lurer på om de klarer å forbedre sjangeren noe særelig etter dette spillet...

 

MEN:

Det er en ting jeg er livredd for, hvis dette spillet har fått for mye inspirasjon fra The Sims, så kan man fort bli lei. Ihvertfall hvis det blir gjort på feil måte.

 

Men vi får se!

-- Carl can attack enemies from behind, after hiding and sneaking through the shadows.

-- Carl's ability to swim and the length of time he can stay underwater for depends on his fitness and how often he practices swimming.

-- Members of The Orange Grove Families wear green clothes.

-- Models will include up to 50% more polygons than Vice City.

-- Bicycles will move forward when the X button is held down, but tapping it will make the player travel faster.

-- Carl can roll to the side during combat on the press of a button.

-- Players can now pivot the camera around the car, in order to gain a better view.

-- A choice of haircuts are available, from shaven/bald heads to 'Afro' style cuts.

-- Not only can players choose new hairstyles, but choices of beards and other facial hair will be at their disposal.

New information:

-- Three franchise restaurants are to be included: Burger Shot, Well Stacked Pizza and Cluckin Bell, a Mr. Whoopee ice cream stand, as well as the Sprunk Soda brand beverage which was in Vice City.

 

-- A message will pop up onscreen when Carl becomes hungry. Players who ignore this message will see CJ's bodyfat reduce, with the effect of his clothes no longer fitting properly. Skininess won't just have a visual effect either, a thin Carl will be weak, unable to throw powerful punches, lift heavy boxes and will lack stamina, meaning cycling, running and swimming become difficult.

 

-- Conversely, eating too much will see Carl become fat, with similar effects of loss of stamina, poor fighting abilities (due to slow response times AND CJ becoming a larger object to hit). Interestingly, the walking animation will change, to a penguin style 'waddle' due to CJ's inability to put his hands by his sides while in this state.

 

"The key thing to note is that skinny doesn't necessarily mean fit. You'll have to manage CJ's development of fat and muscle to have him be in optimal physical condition. Once you understand how the system works, you'll be able to have a custom CJ that you can physically tailor at your whim."

Håper dette er en feature man kan slå av. Jeg gidder i hvertfall ikke å bruke hele tiden passe på at han ikke er sulten, må på do eller trenger trening. Da skaffer jeg meg heller en unge, katt eller en tamagochi...

 

For meg er GTA å kunne løpe fritt, uten å være nødt til hele tiden komme tilbake til ett fast sted.

 

Misforstå meg rett, jeg liker kondis delen i GTA serien, men dette blir for mye detaljer. Snart må vi vel handle sko ettersom de blir slitt. Og våpnene kan låse seg...

Oss som faktisk VIL ha evolusjon i spill, jan se fram til dette:

 

-- On sitting down in Reece's barber shop, players can scroll through a list of haircuts, previewing each one. Some cost up to $500 to apply to the character.

-- The map is 'America Shaped', and Los Santos is less than a quarter of it, in the bottom right corner.

-- Streets will glow orange due to the harsh sunlight.

-- During a four-person driveby, each character can have an independent target, and a car health meter is displayed on screen to show the damage which has been inflicted on the car.

-- Achievements made during a mission will affect what leisure options are available to CJ.
