VERA Plus (EU version) gateway.

 

We are excited that you have received your VeraPlus European controller.

 

Our expected delivery of these controllers was planned for next week as we are in the process of putting the European version of our firmware through QA review, which will be completed on Thursday, February 18th.

 

The US version of the controller firmware has already been QAd, and we have begun shipping these US version controllers. Now we are completing the European version of the firmware in our QA process.

 

Because you received your VeraPlus EU ahead of our completion of the European firmware release, please delay your VeraPlus initial set up until next Thursday. If you have already tried to set up your controller, you will not be able to see all of the functionality of the VeraPlus unit the new firmware is available.

 

Our apologies for the confusion and thank you for your patience as we get the newest firmware for your controller. The final approved firmware version will be pushed to your controller this coming Thursday, February, 18th.
