udev + automount

Recommended Posts

Hei

Prøver å få mine 2 ekstrerne disker til å automounte til riktig mapper. Men det som er tingen, er at hver gang jeg slår på diskene kan /dev/ plasseringen blir forandret for hver gang(sda, sda1, sdb, sdb1 osv), derfor leste jeg noe om Udev, men får det ikke helt til å funke. Diskene kommer bare som på vanlig måte opp med sda osv.

Noen som har fått dette til å funke og kunne forklart hva dem gjorde?

Mitt system, Debian, kernel 2.6.

Takker

Du må lage ein udev regel som gir gir diskane /dev oppføring basert på serienummer el. produsent/type.

6605936[/snapback]

Ok slik har jeg gort det:

b--ill:/mnt/mp3# dmesg
Jan  3 01:03:47 localhost kernel: usb 4-2: USB disconnect, address 6
Jan  3 01:03:48 localhost kernel: usb 4-2: new high speed USB device using address 7
Jan  3 01:03:48 localhost kernel: scsi5 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices
Jan  3 01:03:48 localhost kernel:   Vendor: SAMSUNG   Model: SP2514N           Rev: VF10
Jan  3 01:03:48 localhost kernel:   Type:   Direct-Access                      ANSI SCSI revision: 02
Jan  3 01:03:48 localhost kernel: SCSI device sdc: 488397168 512-byte hdwr sectors (250059 MB)
Jan  3 01:03:48 localhost kernel:  /dev/scsi/host5/bus0/target0/lun0: p1
Jan  3 01:03:48 localhost kernel: Attached scsi disk sdc at scsi5, channel 0, id 0, lun 0
Jan  3 01:03:51 localhost kernel: usb 4-2: USB disconnect, address 7
Jan  3 01:12:46 localhost kernel: usb 4-2: new high speed USB device using address 8
Jan  3 01:12:46 localhost kernel: scsi6 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices
Jan  3 01:12:46 localhost kernel:   Vendor: SAMSUNG   Model: SP2514N           Rev: VF10
Jan  3 01:12:46 localhost kernel:   Type:   Direct-Access                      ANSI SCSI revision: 02
Jan  3 01:12:46 localhost kernel: SCSI device sdb: 488397168 512-byte hdwr sectors (250059 MB)
Jan  3 01:12:46 localhost kernel:  /dev/scsi/host6/bus0/target0/lun0: p1
Jan  3 01:12:46 localhost kernel: Attached scsi disk sdb at scsi6, channel 0, id 0, lun 0
b--ill:/mnt/mp3#

La så inn dette i local.rules og plasserte i /etc/dev/:

BUS="scsi", SYSFS{model}="SP2514N", NAME{all_partitions}="mp3"
BUS="scsi", SYSFS{model}="ST3250823A", NAME{all_partitions}="download"

Og dette inn i /etc/fstab:

/dev/mp3    /mnt/mp3       ntfs    rw,user,noauto  0       0
/dev/download   /mnt/download  ntfs    rw,user,noauto  0       0

Og starter udev fra /etc/init.d/udev start

Men ser ikke ut som udev starter, får ikke opp noe prosesser(ps -aux|grep udev)
