Problem with Topcom871BT

Hi, I'm not norwegian and I have a problem wiht this modem.

The modem of my GF doesn't allow amny things since, I guess, it does not forward the external ports, I bet cause the NAT.

Is there a way to avoid this thing? To redirect the ports exaclty how they come to the modem?

Is it possible to open all ports?

In the modem (adress http://10.0.0.245 admin/password), you can set up 1 PC in DMZ mode(its the ip for the computer). Then the firewall should allow all incomming and outgoing ports to this computer. Or if you got only 1 PC connected to the modem, I recomend to set the modem in "bridge", that means you have to have a PPPoE dialer (if its Telenor you are using) on that computer. Call telenor on 05000 to get help with this. The modem is alot better in bridge mode, than as a router-modem.

But if in bridge mode should the ports been opened? Or only in router mode?

I dunno the mode since my gf has this modem and I cant watch in there... How usually comes this modem with telenor adsl account? In bridge mode or not?

I notice that if my gf turns the pc off but NOT the modem, her ip reamains the same... so i thought it's in router mode, but I cant know it for sure.
