Får ikke installert WIndows 7 SP1

Jeg får ikke installert Windows 7 SP1. Har forsøkt både å kjøre den fra Windows Update og laste den ned og kjøre lokalt. Se feilmelding jeg får.

Jeg har også forsøkt å kjøre verktøyet det er linket til i feilmeldingen men det hjelper ikke.

Jeg kjører Win 7 Ultimate N.

Hva sier programmet microsoft vil ha deg til å kjøre?

Programmet MS vil jeg skal kjøre er en hotfix. Så det blir installert og ikke noe mer. Ingen melding eller noe slik. Jeg har restartet maskinen etter at hotfix'en ble installert men får samme feilmelding..

Det er samme fil som jeg har lastet ned og kjørt allerede (hotfix'en).

Den hjalp dessverre ikke.

Du har en logg som ligger under C:\Windows\Windowsupdate.log, og en logg som ligger C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Disse burde gi deg en indikasjon på hva som er feil. Du kan sikkert poste disse her på forumet, men anbefaler at du legger de inn i en spoiler da de kan være ganske store.

Ellers er det anbefalt:

1. Last ned og installer alle tilgjengelige oppdateringer foruten SP1.

2. Reset Windows Update ved å laste ned WUfix.zip:

3. Pakk ut WUfix.bat og høyreklikk: Kjør som administrator

4. Sørg for at alle drivere er oppdaterte

5. Deaktiver antivirus/brannmur

6. Start maskinen i clean boot, og prøve SP1 både fra Windows Update og som standalone.

Jeg skal poste log'en så snart jeg kommer hjem fra jobb.

Sjekket ut filen, og den ser grei ut. Den stopper og starter en del tjenester tilknyttet Windows Update, renamer SoftwareDistribution-mappen og gjør en del andre ting.

Alternativt kan du kjøre Microsofts egen Fix It: http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9665683

6. Start maskinen i clean boot, og prøve SP1 både fra Windows Update og som standalone.

Når du først er i gang kan du dessuten kjøre en skann av integriteten til systemfilene, og poste resultatet her. Måten du gjør dette på er:

1. I søkefeltet under Start skriver du CMD, høyreklikk på ikonet for CMD og velg Kjør som admistrator

2. I ledertekstvinduet skriver du sfc /scannow (merk at det er et mellomrom mellom sfc og /scannow)

Nei, kun det med dato for samme dag jeg forsøkte å gjøre siste installasjon av SP1 (hele filen var så lang at IE kræasjet når jeg forsøkte å lime den inn..)

Var ikke mye å tygge på her. Er dette hele "Windows Update"-loggen din?

Nei, kun det med dato for samme dag jeg forsøkte å gjøre siste installasjon av SP1 (hele filen var så lang at IE kræasjet når jeg forsøkte å lime den inn..)

Skal sjekke resten ikveld.

Etter å ha lest i loggene så virker det som det er et problem med CBS manifest, og at det er enkelte feil i registeret. Forsøk å kjør "Fix It" for å nullstille Windows Update: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958040

Har du brukt programmer for å rydde opp i registeret slik som f.eks. CCleaner eller Registry Mechanic? De kan ofte forårsake problemer med Windows Update.

Ser at du kjører en Windows 7 Ultimate N, er det da slik å forstå at det er et retail produkt - eller er det OEM? Dersom det er retail kan du kjøre en in-place upgrade, som mest sannsynlig vil løse problemene. Start CDen fra Windows, velg å installer, velg oppgradering..
