Well, the things is, exercising tears on your muscles. You get stronger because the body repairs them again. If you don't allow the body time to do so, you risk not getting stronger at all, just hurting yourself.

Quite..

 

I'm going to the gym everyday except Sunday! It's fantastic!:)

And on the 7th day he rested..

 

you're not god and you can't hope to keep this up for the rest of you're life..

hmm, I am well aware I won't get "bigger", but I only want to become stronger, all I am saying is that I lose weight now, and getting stronger then ever.

Well.. I don't know what you're training program looks like so I'll leave it at that :)

Just wondering though, did you exercise everyday or 3-4 times a week ?

i exercise 6 times a week, always have and still do :p

Wow, thats pretty impressive!

Do you have some sort of special training schedule or "treningsprogram" ?

well, on mondays,wednesdays and fridays i lift wieghts according to a schedual the other days except saturdays i use the treadmill :p that way i buld muscles and burn fat most efficent.

Sounds efficent.

Personally I use the treadmill, weights and fitness machines every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Trying to eat healthy too.

Well, eating healthy is only 1/3 of the scale. 1: Eat Healthy 2: Exercise 3: Eat regulary. For instance: Im used to eat 7.30AM 11.30AM 3.45PM 7.30AM and 9.00AM. I also go to the gym at 5AM mondays,wednesdays and fridays and 6AM on tuesdays thursdays and sundays just so my body knows when it needs energy and when it should start burning off that energi.

No problem! Also be very strict about when you go to bed. This is beacuse hte body tears down muscles during sleep. If you sleep for 14 hours your gonna be much more tired than if you sleep for 8 or 9.

I know, I have done that mistake a couple of times.
