Viruset W32.Randex.E

Hei

 

Nå har jeg fått enda et virus of det heter W32.Randex.E..

 

Jeg har lest litt på denne siden: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcen...2.randex.e.html

 

Men finner ikke ut av hvordan jeg skal få fjernet viruset...

 

Jeg har oppdater twidows opp til flere ganger.. Og har en brannmur, men til ingen nytte..

 

Kan dere være så snill å hjelpe meg??? Jeg bare må få fjernet viruset så snart så mulig...

Disable System Restore (Windows XP).

Update the virus definitions.

End the worm process (Windows NT/2000/XP).

Run a full system scan and delete all the files detected as W32.Randex.E.

Reverse the changes that the worm made to the registry (Windows NT/2000/XP).

Remove the lines that the worm added to the System.ini file (Windows 95/98/Me).

Jeg har gjort det, men det gikk ikke.. Er det ikke en måte som litt lik på den måten man fikk vekk Blaster viruset??

Jeg tror Norton og Norman har diverse try-out versjoner man kan laste ned..
