Xboxen min lager sirkulære riper på spill

Hei kjøpte meg xbox for 2 uker siden.

 

I dag når jeg skulle ta ut Fable oppdaget jeg at det er sirkulære riper i dvden Jeg har en xbox ikke 360. Jeg oppdaga at alle spillene som jeg har brukt disse ripene. Jeg så på Halo 2 som jeg ikke har brukt har ikke ripene.

 

Har ikke løfta\flytta på xboxen men den var på.

Har noen opplevd noen lignende? Skal vel ikke være sånn at xboxen ødelegger spilla.

 

Fint hvis noen kunne sjekke xbox spilla sine. Jeg poster bilde seinere i kveld.

 

EDIT: Xboxen sitt dvd drev har en veldig høy tikklyd når jeg spiller,det overdøver viftene. Er det tegn på at det ernoen galt?

Takk for tipset skal prøve det. Googlet litt og fant ut at en hel haug av Japanske xboxer var trekt tilbake fra markede pga samme problem. Skal nok prøve å kontakte Microsoft Liker at alt jeg har er prefekt. De ripene irriterer meg veldig... Spesielt med tanke på at Xboxen og spilla bare er 2 uker gamle.

So youre basicly trying to sell me a 360.

You didn't answer my main consern thought. Why my Brand New Original Xbox scratches my game disks.

scratching your games. Try these troubleshooting steps in order to resolve your problem:

 

1. If the game disc appears not to work, first assure the game disc is clean:

a. Hold disc by the edges without touching the surface with your fingers.

b. Clean the disc with a soft cloth, lightly wiping from the center outwards.

c. Do not use solvents or chemicals to clean the disc.

d. Try to play the game again.

2. Press the power button once to turn off the Xbox console and press it again to restart.

3. Try other game discs in the Xbox console to confirm that the problem is only with the

one disc. It is important to determine if the problem is with this one disc only (disc is the

source of the problem), or if the problem is with multiple discs (hardware is the source of

the problem).

Ikke mye hjelp å få. Så jeg ringte xbox kunderservis. Snakka med an English lady

 

Hun sa at det beste ville være å prøve å bytte xboxen i en ny. De 8 spillene som er ødelagt kunne hun desverre ikke gjøre noen med

 

Her måtte jeg enten prøve å bytte hos Expert

Eller spørre de forskjellige spill distributørene.....
