problem med .net programmer

når jeg forsøker å kjøre .NET baserte programmer får jeg en feilmelding

jeg har avinstalert .NET framework og instalert den nyeste versonen fra microsoft sin side.

Ut i fra det jeg kan se her er dette et problem med den applikasjonen du kjører, og ikke .NET Framework. Siden du sannsynligvis ikke er programmerer selv vil ikke videre utdyping av problematikken være hensiktsmessig. Jeg vil tippe at dette gjelder en (eller en gruppe) programmer, men ikke for .NET programmer generelt.
