Ingen frys hittil i hvert fall.

For those questioning desperately the changes in this driver... the description at ATI describes what this driver is.

It appears (for XP and 2K at least), if you have the previous drivers plus D3D patch released a few weeks ago properly installed, this driver offers nothing over this. It's just the drivers, plus D3D patch plus the control panel all in one convenient form. Nothing new here to "fix" anything that I can tell.

Performing file version checks-

The Direct3D DLL in the D3D Patch- 6.13.10.0126

The Direct3D DLL in these 6178s - 6.13.10.0126

OpenGL DLL in the 6166s - 6.13.3344

OpenGL DLL in the 6178s - 6.13.3344

As the Direct3D and OpenGL files havent changed, as well as the driver description, this is just a single and convenient bundling of what most 9700 Pro owners already have.

So I wouldn't expect improvements in performance, any new issues fixed or other such expectations.. unless of course your drivers are improperly installed now and this single bundle manages to set this straight somehow.

Klarte ikke selv å få kortet stabilt før jeg fjernet XP SP1.My problems was gone.
