GTK3 theme - Menubar font-størrelse

[Sekai-ichi]

Prøver å få til liten font i menubaren. Prøvde GTk2 måtene å gjøre det på, men funket ikke. Har så liten padding som mulig, men menubaren er likevel for stor.
