Jeg har en liten lekse til i morgen, hvor jeg skal tolke sangen The Brothel av Susanne Sundfør. Dette er et gruppearbeid, og vi har fordelt oppgavene våres. Min oppgave er å finne metaforer i teksten. I forhold til andre sangtekster, er denne sykt vanskelig. Er det noen som kunne hjelpe meg med å finne noe?

Hittil tror jeg at prostitusjon blir brukt som metafor i denne sangen. Eksempler kan være "Bodies are swinging from rooftops and poles" Kan dette være riktig?
