Hva er forskjellen ?<br /><br /><br />”The outsiders”<br />Take place in 1960s in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.<br />Does the conflict between the Greasers and the Socs remind you of conflicts between any particular groups in Norway? <br />Does the gangs got different lifestyles? <br />Are there any gangs like these we have read about in the book in the present of Norway?<br />I can’t remember I have seen any young people living like the Greasers or like the Socs. But we have gangs in Norway to. I think the two largest and the most relevant gangs are the A gang and the B gang. The B-gang is almost like the greasers, they live in the outside of Oslo and are hated by the B gang and they often got jumped. But the thing is that the A and B gang aren’t different lifestyles, both of the groups are not rich but either poor. The A- gang is not like the Socs but I don’t think you can find any gangs In Norway who are more alike the Socs. We have many sosser as we cal it in Norway. Rich kids wearing only expensive clothes, but they do not start fights and rumbles. <br /><br /><br /> Its like 46 years since the story publiced and since then the society have developed. We have gangs like that I I am not shore if it is in oslo either. But I think that gangs like the greasers are not like the gangs today, when I think about it do I think about punks. I think they are the closest you can get a greasers these days. But gangs like the socs you can find everywhere in the world. I know we don’t have any In Gjøvik. Maybe we have som Socs but not like the socs in the book. teens who are youst pretending they are the best, but the different is that they do not have any fights and rumbles. They shorely have in the unitid states or something. But why do they call it the Greaser ? they got the name greasers because of the hairstyle <br />
