Hello people, more that a discussion, I'm searching for a solution, where the hell I can made my el-scoter have limit at 20km/hr? I have this super fast el-scoter I drive in my town (No politi, and no people to hurt, almost not cars also) But I will like to take the el-scoter to the city sometimes with out be Paranoiac about police. Also if police stop me, maybe have a document that say ...My scooter is actually tuned for have 20km limit? Thanks for answer me
