  1. Hi everyone, I'm posting in English because my norks niva is not good enough. I landed here thanks to Desses and cveastad posts. I'm having more or less the same problem: I bought a Philips 65OLED873 in ELKJØP, about 3 years ago. Some months ago I realized some specific areas of the panel showed abnormal colours, and a sort of spots. The issues has been gaining momentum, escalating, and now, the areas with the spots and abnormal coloration are clearly visible everywhere. In the very first moment, I contacted Phillips. Phillips declines any responsibility, since the TV is older than 2 years and is not covered by their guaranty. Talking to Phillips is a dead end. Then, I went to the Elkop store. The store refuses taking any responsibility for the repair. They wont pick the TV at home, and only offered me the service of ELCARE. Right now I´m awaiting for "the box", for doing the shipment, and having doubts about moving forward, at the risk of damaging the TV during the transportation. I would like to ask you about what happened. Have several questions: Have any of you shipped the TV with the box? Is it safe? Was your TV repaired? If affirmative, how they repaired the TV? replaced the panel....? Was it worth it? I mean, it requires a lot of effort, phone call, emails, energy, get in a bad mood... to fix a situation like this.
