Unormal treghet i X, feilkonfigurert?

Jeg bruker et nVidia GeForce FC5200 (pci) i min stasjonærboks, med twinview. Etter siste reboot merker jeg at alt går forferdelig treigt. Xorg bruker rundt 90% av CPU når jeg spiller av film, og rundt 20% ellers. Før brukte jeg nvidia-driveren i apt (husker ikke versjonsnummeret), men nå har jeg lagt inn den nyeste for å prøve, uten noen bedring. Kan legge til at jeg har brukt dette kortet lenge, uten problemer (selv om jeg ikke husker hvilke nvidia-drivere jeg har brukt).

 

Kan det være at jeg mangler noe i configen? Evt noe for mye?
