Problemer med repatching

Lastet ned Northern Strike til 2142 i går kveld, men fikk det ikke til å fungere.

Så dermed googlet jeg litt urndt og fant ut at jeg burde legge inn 1.25 patchen på ny,

men midt inne i patchen kommer "Pathcing failed" meldingen, og jeg får fortsatt

ikke spillt på NS servere. Noen som kan hjelpe?

If you find after reinstalling the game that you still get the same error, then you most likely have the same registry issue that I did. I downloaded the 1.25 patch from fileplanet, as well as over EA Link. I think the EA Link patch has something wrong with it as after it fails, it leaves a registry entry un HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Electronic Arts > Battlefield 2142 Update v1.25

 

This is NOT removed when you remove the game. You must delete this entry before you reinstall. I did find a few other entries as well under HKEY_CURRENT_USER which I deleted to be safe. I then reinstalled the game and was actually able to patch it. I am going to try and install Northern Strike again, and reapply the 1.25 patch.
