I got the same cpu as you and oc'd it to 3.4 ghz, but on 3 cores. I didn't manage to unlock the 4th core unfortunately.

 

I noticed on your last pic that your bus speed is still on 220. Maybe you should doublecheck your bios settings to make sure everything is set back to normal there.

 

I've attached my oc. I just increased the multiplier (and i think i've adjusted the voltage, but not sure. I did it like 1-2 years ago).

 

Edit:

You should also put your power options to high performance and turn off cool n quiet when you oc.
