Tulle med LCD-skjermen på printere

Recommended Posts

"It seems to work on any PCL compliant printer. I got it to work on a Lexmark, as well as an HP4/HP4xxx.

code:--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[ESC]%-12345X@PJL JOB

@PJL RDYMSG DISPLAY="FEED ME"

@PJL EOJ

[ESC]%-12345X

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Replace [ESC] with char 27 (ESC). In DOS EDIT, that would be "Ctrl-P" "CTRL [". (notepad seems to have some issues with escape characters). Once saved, Echo that bad boy straight to whatever printer you want to muck around with. For those members of the audience who are unfamiliar with command line crap like this, you would type in:

TYPE FEEDME.TXT >LPT1 (would I need a colon at the end? I rarely have local printers anymore)

or

TYPE FEEDME.TXT >\\server\printqueue"

Er det noen som kan teste dette å se om det funker? Hadde vært en bra skole-spøk :p
