Ryggsmerter etter trening.

Dersom jeg f.eks tar armhevinger, Yoga solhilsen, eller løfter en tung kartong fra bakken og opp, så får jeg i ettertid vondt i korsryggen. Er dette bare en vanlig muskelstramming eller har jeg muligens en slitasje i brusken?

Er det mulig å unngå dette ved å strekke ut etterpå? Hvilken strekk-øvelser skal jeg da evt. utføre?
